Short bio : Soo Young Shin (M’07–SM’17) is a professor in the School of Electronics Engineering and the Department of IT Convergence Engineering at Kumoh National Institute of Technology, Republic of Korea. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Seoul National University in 2006. He previously worked at Samsung Electronics and has been a full-time faculty member at Kumoh since 2010. His research interests include future wireless communications, signal processing, unmanned mobility, quantum neural networks, AI/Deep Learning, etc.
